Cancellation Policy

An easy cancellation process is available for all our respected customers. You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.

You can easily cancel an order:-

Note: - Although once the item is shipped it cannot be canceled

 

 Exchange Policy

Products can be Exchange/ Replacement within 10 days from the date of delivery. The exchange is applicable only in case of damaged product or delivery of incorrect size(Size other than that requested).

Exchange is done free of cost if wrong products or damaged products are received by the customer.

 Return Policy

Parinda24 provides hassle free returns on all products. If you want to return your products, you can contact us on 99909 41429 (11:00 AM to 04:30 PM), (Saturday) (11:00 AM to 02:30 PM) or drop us an email at care@parinda24.com. No Returns will be provided if the products are used or in non-saleable condition.

It must also be in the original packaging. In case of damaged product received, only another piece of the same product would be sent to the customer. This is how you can return the products.

  1. Inform us within 2 business days of delivery about the return.
  2. If reverse shipping will be available in your area, we will receive the products picked up by the courier partners. Please note that after we inform them, courier companies take 5 to 7 days to pick up products from your location. If reverse shipping will not be available in your area, then we will provide you our address. If you revert the product back to us. We will provide you the courier charges in form of store credits unto a maximum of Rs. 100.
  3. If you revert the product, then the product should be delivered to us within 10 days.
  4. When we receive the product, the entire amount will be provided to you in form of store credits for future purchases that you can use anytime.
  5. Refund can be provided only in the case of prepaid order (credit card / debit card / net banking / any other card issued), in this case, the amount can be returned back to credit card / debit card/bank account will be done, out of which the amount was debited.
  6. In case of Cash on Delivery Orders, we would only be able to provide store credits which can be utilized whenever for any future purchases.
