1) How do I place a RETURNS / EXCHANGE / CANCELLATION request on PARINDA24 ?
If you want to RETURNS / EXCHANGE / CANCELLATION a product on PARINDA24, Please follow these steps:
Call us on + 91 99909 41429 (Monday to Friday) (11:00 AM to 04:30 PM), (Saturday) (11:00 AM to 02:30 PM) or drop us an email at care@parinda24.com

2) How do I place a cancellation request on PARINDA24 ?
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, kindly give us call or drop us an email, your order cancellation request will be fulfilled in next 24 hours of time. (If not dispatched)

3) How can I modify my address after having placed it?
House no., building no, street number & pin code can be modified. These changes are only possible before the order is at “SHIPPED” Status.

4) How can I change my order after having placed it?
If you wish to change your order before dispatch, kindly give us call or drop us an email. (IF NOT DISPATCHED)

5) Do you deliver out of India?
At present, we deliver only in India.

6) Why was my order canceled by PARINDA24 ?
Though we would love to deliver your purchase every time you order from us but sometimes due to any of the following reasons:
1. Address is not proper.
2. COD service is not available.
3. Contact no. is not reachable and
4. Any other technical issue.

7) How do I check the instant status of my order?
After dispatched your product we sent tracking number on your register mail id which you can track your delivery status on the respective websites of our courier partners and also you can check your delivery status on our website (Parinda24.com).

8) When can I get my order if it says ‘Out-for-delivery’?
The product Ordered by you have reached your nearest HUB and will be delivered before End of the Day, from the date you have received the Message / Update.

9) Can I open and check the contents of my package before accepting delivery?
Currently, this option is not available for all PARINDA24 purchases. You can open the product just once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive in case of cash on delivery orders. However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with the product you can call us or drop us an email.

10) If I receive a wrong product, can I get it replaced?
We take most extreme care to guarantee consumer loyalty. Unfortunately on the off chance that you get a wrong item please raise a replacement request within 10 days of product delivered. (NOTE - your item must be unused and in the similar condition that you got it. It must also be in the original packaging.)

11) Can I use an international card on PARINDA24?
Yes, you can make payments via major international credit and debit cards issued outside India.

12) How can I pay for my order at PARINDA24?
We support the following payment options at PARINDA24:
1. Cash On Delivery (available in selected pin codes)
2. Credit Card/Debit Card
3. Net Banking
4. Wallet

13) My order transaction failed but the amount has been deducted from my bank account. What should I do?
Payment can fail due to a technical glitch. If the amount has been deducted from your account without order confirmation, please DROP US AN EMAIL or you can also check your bank account for this transaction.

14) How do I apply a coupon on my order?
You can apply a coupon on cart page before placing an order.
